LDV Hospitality and Iron Chef Marc Forgione are redefining the steakhouse experience at American Cut. Chef Forgione is the youngest American-born chef to receive a Michelin star in consecutive years (2010, 2011, 2012).

Enter the sexy, high energy lounge and sample the flavors of the meat and seafood bar. Start with Kobe strip steak carpaccio, or try the seafood tasting with friends. In the main dining room, guests will be treated to several choices of prime steak, including a tender filet and porterhouse. And there’s Chef Forgione’s ultimate version of the surf and turf: his popular chili lobster and a 28-day aged tomahawk rib-eye chop for two.

For those interested in something other than steak, the menu at American Cut will also feature lamb chops, planked salmon and the famed Chicken Under-A-Brick. Pair with seasonal sides prepared with bold flavors and sophisticated touches.

The Art-Deco-inspired main dining room in American Cut – comprised of brass, leather and dark wood – features an open show-kitchen and stunning views of the Atlantic. If you’re with a crowd, there are private dining areas fit for 60 people. Of course, hospitality reigns supreme at this bastion of comfortable fine dining.
